BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
›Advance booking. All sim racing sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our staff.
›Age requirement. Participants must be at least 8 years old. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
›Session duration. Sessions last from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on booking, including 10 minutes of setup by our staff.
›Self-setup option. Guests trained and approved to set up the simulator themselves may skip staff setup and add those 10 minutes to their driving. Tell staff when booking.
›Arrival time. Arrive 10 minutes before your session for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may get a shortened session without a refund.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
›Equipment use. Follow all staff instructions on using the simulators, including wheels, pedals and seat adjustments.
›Equipment hygiene. Wheels, pedals, seats and headsets are regularly cleaned and sterilised.
›Health conditions. Tell staff about any condition that may affect you, such as epilepsy, motion sickness or heart conditions.
›No food or drinks near the simulators.
›Personal belongings. Keep items in the designated areas. IREC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CODE OF CONDUCT
›Respectful behaviour. Treat staff, guests and equipment with respect. Disruptive or abusive behaviour means removal without a refund.
›Simulator care. Don’t apply excessive force. Damage from misuse incurs repair or replacement costs.
›No unauthorised adjustments. Only staff may change simulator settings or hardware, unless you’re an approved self-setup driver.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
›24 hours or more: full refund or reschedule. Within 24 hours: non-refundable, but may be rescheduled at IREC’s discretion.
›No-shows without prior notice are charged in full.
›If we cancel due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you get a full refund or reschedule.

PAYMENT
›Methods. Major credit and debit cards, mobile payments and cash, paid in person at your session.
›When. Pay after your session. Time rounds up to the closest session length — 1 hour 50 minutes counts as 2 hours.
›Groups. Group events or private bookings may need a non-refundable deposit.

PRIVACY
›Data. We collect personal information like your name and contact details only for booking and operations, and never share it without consent unless required by law.
›Photos and video taken during sessions may be used for promotion unless you opt out in writing.

LIABILITY
›Assumption of risk. Sim racing is at your own risk. IREC is not liable for injuries or damages from participation, provided all safety guidelines are followed.
›Maintenance. All simulators are regularly inspected and maintained.

COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER
IREC does not provide simulation software or games as part of our sessions. Participants need to use their own personal licence with our simulator hardware.
