IronClad Racing Experience Center collects only what we need to hold a simulator and run the venue at Goodluck Industrial Center, Cheung Sha Wan.
What we collect. When you book, we take your email, WhatsApp number, the rig, the date, and the session length. The booking is stored in Wix Bookings. If you write to support@ironcladracing.com or WhatsApp +852 3100 0076, we keep that conversation so the desk can reply.
Why. To put the session on the calendar, send the booking confirmation, and reach you if the slot changes. Payment is taken at the venue. This page does not send you to a card checkout.
Who sees it. Venue staff who manage the calendar. We do not sell the list. We share details when the law requires it.
Photos and video. Pictures taken in the bay may be used to promote IREC unless you opt out in writing.
How long. Booking records stay with the business calendar so we can look up a past session. Ask us if you want a booking contact removed and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
