Booking policy and rules
Paid sessions run from 30 minutes to 3 hours, including about 10 minutes of setup. A trial on its own is free and lasts 15 minutes. Add that trial to paid rigs and it becomes a flat HK$50 off, not an extra session. Approved self-setup drivers can ask to use the setup time on track.
No-shows are charged in full. If IREC cancels for a technical issue, you get a full refund or a new time. Group events may need a deposit.
Follow staff instructions on the wheel, pedals, and seat. Only staff change hardware settings, unless you are approved to set up yourself. Damage from misuse is charged. Disruptive behaviour means leaving without a refund.
We use your name, WhatsApp number, and email only to confirm this booking. Photos from the bay may be used for promotion unless you opt out in writing.
