Cancellation Policy

IronClad Racing Experience Center (IREC) Policy Welcome to IREC in Hong Kong! Please adhere to these policies for a safe and enjoyable experience. Booking and Reservations Book sessions in advance online or via staff. Minimum age: 8 years. Guests under 12 need an adult. Sessions: 30 minutes, including 10-minute staff setup. Approved self-setup adds 10 minutes to racing time; inform staff at booking. Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and payment. Late arrivals may lose session time. Safety Guidelines Follow staff instructions for simulator use. Equipment is regularly cleaned and sterilized. Report health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, motion sickness). No food/drinks near simulators. IREC is not responsible for lost/stolen items. Code of Conduct Be respectful. Disruptive behavior leads to removal without refund. Avoid equipment misuse; damages incur costs. Only staff can adjust simulators unless permitted. Cancellation and Refund Cancel 24+ hours prior for refund/rescheduling. Within 24 hours: no refund, possible rescheduling. No-shows are charged fully. IREC cancellations offer refund/rescheduling. Payment Pay online or in person (credit/debit, mobile, cash) before session starts. Group bookings may require a deposit. Privacy Data used only for bookings, not shared without consent. Photos/videos may be used for promotion unless opted out. Liability Sim racing at your own risk. IREC not liable for injuries if guidelines followed. Equipment are regularly maintained and cleaned.
